We have a no refund policy on customized items. We do however offer exchanges or store credit for defective or damaged products. Substitute must be of equal or lesser value. Notification of any return must be made within three days of receipt by sending an email to email@example.com. You will be forwarded a confirmation email with return instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
When shipping item(s) valued over $75, it is recommended that a trackable shipping method be used or shipping insurance purchased.
